As a Technical Support and Account Manager, you'll be an essential part of our hive, working with customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services.


You'll be the go-to person for our customers, answering their questions and troubleshooting any issues they encounter. You'll also be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed with our products. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, including responding to technical inquiries and support requests, and offering technical guidance and assistance to customers in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
  • Coordinate with the sales team and take initiative in identifying growth opportunities
  • Document customer needs and create reports on product performance
  • Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Inform and train clients about products and their use effectively
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements
  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish best practices


Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in both digital automation technologies
  • Strong understanding of PLC Programming
  • Familiarity with software development (C++) is a plus
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL)
  • Excellent technical problem-solving, analytical skills, and reasoning ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Must be self-motivated and a great team player
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
